Video Quality Control Associate
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Having 1-2 year(s) of working experience as a Customer Experience, fresh graduate is welcome
- Having high interest and well versed in social media (especially Instagram and TikTok)
- Good in communication skills, both verbal and writing
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications :
- Have a willingness to learn gaming industry
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is a bonus
- Good communications (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures
- Excellent people skills
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Responsibilities :
- Perform inspection on videos uploaded by users to check its eligibility for rewards based on campaign requirements
- Reject videos that are not eligible for rewards
- Inform users to re-submit the videos based on requirements
