Job Description
- Provide information according to customer inquiries based on solution guides and web information
- Executing customer requests according to applicable standard procedures
- Make a problem escalation report to the related unit
- Document the types of customer problems
- Actively updating products and procedures
Job Requirement
- Age max 30
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum D3 all major (preffer majoring in nurcery, teacher, tourism, communication and literature)
- Good Voice (no slurred and no regional accent)
- Great typing skill (minimum 35-40 wpm)
- Active-positive in 3 social media account Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
- Have the ability to write essay
- Good analytical thinking
- Able to work as a team
- English medium level (active listening and writing)
- Social Media Active (minimum 3 social media account)
- Working experience in service will be advantage
- Ready to work in shifts (24/7)
